Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
  • Let cookies cool for a few minutes, then top each with a Reese's peanut butter cup.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and add candy eyes for decoration.
  • Allow to set before serving.
